Hi everyone,
In January 2025, I officially purchased Warcraft: The War Within and a 30-day game time subscription through Blizzard.
I enjoyed the game for a month. Then, on February 26, I bought another 30-day subscription — and less than an hour later, my account was banned.
I was never given a clear explanation for this ban. I submitted numerous support tickets, always respectfully, trying to understand what happened. After more than 3 months of back and forth, my account was finally unbanned in June.
When I logged in, I found that my previously purchased 30-day subscription time was gone. I paid for it, was banned unjustly, and when I finally regained access to my account, that paid game time was not restored.
I submitted a new ticket to explain the situation and ask for either restoration of the missing game time or a refund. Instead of support, I received a warning that continued contact about this topic could lead to permanent suspension.
I’m shocked. I’m not a rulebreaker — I’m a paying customer who lost access due to an unjust ban, and all I want is what I paid for. Why is asking for fairness treated as harassment?
This situation leaves me:
Without the game time I paid for.
Without an apology or explanation.
Under threat of another ban just for asking questions.
Please tell me — is this really Blizzard’s policy now?
