На тестовые игровые миры установлена свежая сборка обновления 11.2, в которой разработчики внесли очередную порцию классовых изменений.

• Специализированные эффекты Повязок реши были усилены: для бойцов – урон увеличен на 152%, для танков – объем щитов увеличен на 200%, для лекарей – исцеление увеличено на 152%.
• Внесено некоторое число классовых изменений, и больше всего корректировок досталось рыцарям смерти, охотникам, магам, шаманам.

Hello testers! The Ghosts of K’aresh PTR has been updated with the following class changes:

CLASSES

Death Knight

• Hero Talents
  • Rider of the Apocalypse
    • Undeath damage reduced by 20%.
    • Reaper’s Mark will no longer automatically explode below 5% health.
    • Reaper’s Mark will now instead travel to the nearest enemy when the affected target dies.
    • Unholy
      • Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Whitemane’s Epidemic damage reduced by 25%.
    • Frost
      • Trollbane’s Icy Fury damage reduced by 30%.
      • Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Trollbane’s Frostscythe damage reduced by 20%.
  • San’layn
    • Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now extends the duration of your disease on your main target by 4 additional seconds (was 3 seconds).
    • Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Increases the damage of Infliction of Sorrow by 35% (was 50%).
• Blood
  • All ability damage increased by 8%.
• Frost
  • All ability damage reduced by 3%.
  • Frostbane damage increased by 15%.
  • Howling Blades damage now scales with Mastery.
  • Murderous Efficiency now rolls for an additional time when consuming two Killing Machine procs with Killing Streak.
  • Fixed an issue causing free Obliterates and Frostscythes consume 8 Runic Power under the effect of Empower Rune Weapon during Obliteration.
• Unholy
  • The War effect of Rune of the Apocalypse now correctly increases all damage taken from the Death Knight by 4% per stack.

Demon Hunter

• Vengeance
  • All damage increased by 8%.
  • Mastery: Fel Blood effectiveness reduced by 17%.

Druid

• Feral
  • All ability damage increased by 8%.

  • All ability damage increased by 12%.

Evoker

    • Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Now additionally causes Temporal Burst to increase the damage and healing of Essence abilities by 30%.

    • Bombardments damage is now properly increased by Might of the Black Dragonflight, Melt Armor, and other damage buffs even when triggered by another player.
• Augmentation
  • All damage increased by 5%.

    • Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Boon of Elune Aimed Shot damage bonus reduced to 20% (was 30%).
    • Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Sentinel damage bonus reduced to 20% (was 25%).
• Beast Mastery
  • Killer Instinct has been updated – Now increases Kill Command’s damage by 8/16% (was 5/10%).
  • All damage dealt reduced by 5%.

Mage

      • Frostfire Burst damage increased by 50%.
      • Excess Frost now casts Ice Nova at 200% effectiveness (was 150%).
      • Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Ignite damage bonus increased to 75% (was 50%). Frostfire Bolt damage bonus increased to 8% (was 5%). Frostfire Burst, Ice Nova, and Comet Storm damage bonus increased to 15% (was 10%).
    • Frost
      • Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Ignite effectiveness reduced to 25% (was 30%).
• Fire
  • Developers’ notes: Fire, particularly Sunfury, has been overperforming since the last tuning pass. We’d like Fire’s damage spells to continue to hit hard, so we’re opting to reduce Ignite’s damage instead.
  • All damage dealt decreased by 3%.
  • Mastery: Ignite damage reduced by 10%.
  • Controlled Destruction has been updated – Ignite damage bonus reduced to 0.3% per stack (was 0.5% per stack).
  • Meteor damage increased by 20%.

Paladin

• Hero Talents

    • Fixed an issue that caused Dawnlight’s tooltip to display that it grants 6 stacks of Dawnlight instead of the intended 2.
• Holy
  • Pillars of Light Beacon of Virtue healing increased by 25%.

Priest

• Shadow
  • Mind Blast damage increased by 30%. Does not apply to Void Blast.
  • Mind Flay: Insanity damage increased by 20%.
  • Halo damage increased by 30%.
  • Psychic Link now causes direct damage to inflict 40% of their damage on all other targets afflicted by Vampiric Touch (was 35%).
  • Insidious Ire now increases damage dealt by 10%/20% (was 20%/40%).

Shaman

      • Ancestor Chain Lightning damage increased by 40%.
  • Totemic

      • Fixed an issue that caused the Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus to put Lava Lash on cooldown from the additional echo cast.
      • Fixed an issue that caused the Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus to cast Primordial Storm at 100% effectiveness instead of 200%.
      • Fixed an issue that caused the Primordial Storm cast by the Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus to benefit from Maelstrom Weapon.
• Elemental
  • Elemental Blast damage increased by 25%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
  • Lightning Bolt damage increased by 35%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
  • Lava Burst damage increased by 35%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
  • Frost Shock damage increased by 50%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
  • Earthen Rage damage increased by 35%. Does not apply to PvP combat.

• Enhancement
  • Fixed an issue causing Thorim’s Invocation to sometimes cast Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning with 10 Maelstrom Weapon instead of 5 Maelstrom Weapon.

Это нужные бафы СТ, в ст они были на уровне танка, а если не прокает - то и ниже.

 Поясните, пожалуйста, почему в заметке разработчиков, например у БДК, баффается урон абилок на 8%, а по ссылке на вовхеде видим, что значение ауры урона изменено с 94 на 109%, т.е. бафф 15%?
 У Кота же в обоих источниках +8% бафф.
