Base equipped ilvl - i916, T19. Stat changes from gear swaps are accounted for.
Elephant in the room: Hot Hand / Akainu builds are dominating. While running this combo, using Hailstorm is both better DPS and easier to manage than Ancestral Swiftness (AS requires an obnoxious rotation change with Akainu's). Using Fury of Air for Single Target is DPS neutral from not using it at all, which is explained by its maelstrom costs detracting from our T19 4P bonus. Fury is good for long-duration cleave though.
The strongest Boulderfist build uses Hailstorm with Akainu's. If you enjoyed the 7.0/7.1 playstyle, feel free to pick this up for about a 2-2.5% DPS difference from Hot Hand builds. Take AS if you want it's very close in DPS.
About playstyle and rotation: No priority changes in rotation. Don't bother managing your Lashing Flames stacks. You don't Crash Lightning in Single Target.

A - Hot Hand / Hailstorm / Tempest / Crashing Storms (ST)
B - Hot Hand / Hailstorm / Tempest / Fury of Air (Cleave)
C - Boulderfist / Hailstorm / Tempest / Crashing Storms (Cleave)
Eye of the Twisting Nether > Uncertain Reminder
If you don't have Akainu's:
A - Hot Hand / Ancestral Swiftness / Tempest / Fury of Air (ST/Cleave)
B - Boulderfist / Ancestral Swiftness / Tempest / Crashing Storms (ST)
C - Hot Hand / Ancestral Swiftness / Tempest / Crashing Storms (ST)
Eye of the Twisting Nether = Uncertain Reminder
For mass AoE (Akainu's or not):
A - Boulderfist / AS / Tempest / Crashing Storm (or Sundering, if you want to be cool)
Use Emalon's Charged Core, Eye of the Twisting Nether and Kil'Jaeden's Burning Wish.
